The facility corrected the log at the time of the inspection. Compliance Comments Counselor did a walk through in the vehicle and observed seats, seat belts and/or safety restraints in good condition. Counselor asked provider to turn on the vehicle alarm while standing outside of the vehicle. Counselor observed provider walked back of the vehicle to turn the alarm off.
