Child care personnel were not within sight and hearing of all the children during nap time. CCF Handbook, Section 2.4.2 General Requirements [SR] Comments: Personnel was not within sight and hearing of all children during nap time. Personnel was observed leaving 3 infants unattended while they were napping, at the time of inspection. Personnel was located three doors away from the facility at the laundromat. Personnel was contacted via telephone and asked to return to facility. Licensing specialist waited in infant room until personnel returned back to their assigned classroom. Technical Assistance: 2.4.2 Nap time Supervision During nap time, childcare personnel must be within sight and hearing of all the children. All other childcare personnel required to meet the staff-to-child ratio must be within the building on the same floor and available to be summoned if needed to ensure the safety of the children. Nap time supervision does not apply to children up to 24 months of age, who must have direct supervision at all times. Not Applicable Comments Facility does not provide transportation.
