The facility did not have documented proof that all child care personnel were trained and knowledgeable within 30 days of date of hire in [ safe sleep practices and shaken baby syndrome]. CCF Handbook, Section 4.2.3 and 4.2.5 Comments: At the time of the inspection, it was noted that those two employees did not complete safe sleep practices and shaken baby syndrome within 30 days of hire.
