The playset is too close to the fence. The green slide on that playset does not have a fall zone located by the tree roots. The wood is jagged by the wooden house playset; per director this playset will be removed. Technical Assistance: If the permanent or stationary playground equipment is moved or replaced then the standard would apply, and 6 feet of use zone must be provided. Any new equipment added would be required to have the 6 feet of use zone in all directions from the perimeter of the equipment.
