Compliance Comments Licensing Specialist did a walk through in one of the vehicles and observed seats, seat belts and/or safety restraints in good condition. Licensing Specialist asked provider to turn on the vehicle alarm while standing outside of the vehicle. Licensing Specialist observed provider walked back of the vehicle to turn the alarm off.
