Food and Nutrition [SR] Comments: To prevent food from becoming potentially hazardous, hot foods must be maintained at a temperature of 135 degrees Fahrenheit or above, and cold foods must be maintained at temperature of 41 degrees Fahrenheit, or below. Prepared lunch for children was in hot box with temperatures reading at 122 degrees. The seal to the hotbox was observed to be ajar and not properly sealed.
