    The facility did not have documentation of a fire extinguisher being properly maintained to include being serviced and retagged timely, and/or with a current certificate. CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.2, B (Section 2.1 - Health and Safety, Page 3) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: Please note at the time of the inspection it was noted by CCR that the facility did not have documentation of a fire extinguisher being properly retagged annually. The facility will be placed back into compliance with all fire extinguishers being serviced and tagged. Please see picture attached. Fire extinguishers with a minimum rating of 2A:10BC must be properly installed, serviced and maintained with current inspection tags at all times. Child Care Facility Handbook Page | 27.
