Owner/Director was asked to provide a months worth of log from 2/11/26 to 3/11/26 that includes date and signature of both sweeps. 06. Driver's License, Physician Certification & First Aid/CPR Training CCF Handbook, Section 2.5 and CCF Handbook, Section 7.4 Compliance Compliance Comments Licensing Specialist did a walk through in the vehicle and observed seats, seat belts and/or safety restraints in good condition. Specialist asked provider to turn on the vehicle alarm while standing outside of the vehicle. Specialist observed provider walked to the back of the vehicle to turn the alarm off.
