Comments: Licensing Specialist observed a class of (2) infants and (1) 1-Year Old and a class of (7) 4-year olds. There was only one teacher for both classes. Director was not present when the inspection started, director was contacted and showed up within 10 minutes of being called. Ratio was corrected at time of inspection. Supervision of children in the [Infants] group was inadequate in that [2 infants and (1)- 1-Year Old, were left unattended as 1 staff member was moving between classrooms to provide supervison to 2 seperate classrooms. ]. CCF Handbook, Section 2.4 Comments: Licensing specialist observed at time of inspection, a classroom of (2) infants and (1) 1-Year Old were left unattended while 1 staff was moving between classrooms to provide supervision to 2 separate classrooms. Licensing Specialist sat in the class of 4-year olds to allow the staff member to return to the infants room. Director was contacted when licensing specialist entered the facility.
