   Child care personnel did not comply with the facility's written disciplinary and expulsion policies. CCF Handbook, Section 2.8, B General Requirements [SR] Comments: Based on the video footage observed, it was determined a form of physical punishment was used by the child care personnel listed on the supplemental. Staff was arrested at time of investigation. Child care facility conducted staff trainings for all staff on 09/16/2024 and 09/05/2024.
