CCF Handbook, Section 7.3, A Record Keeping [SR] Comments: Per director, children's immunization and health examination records were saved electronically and recently school computer hard drive crashed. All documents were erased. Records for 22 VPK children's documents were recovered at the moment and is working on gathering documents from parents. Technical assistance was provided to give out enrollment forms to afterschool students. Licensing specialist reviewed all 40 VPK children's enrollment forms. **Technical Assistance** A.
