CCF Handbook, Section 3.10.2, E (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Sanitation and Equipment [SR] Comments: In the classrooms containing 1/2-year old's and 2/3-year old's, each diapering surface was ripped and not impermeable. The director states she will not be using these surfaces and replaced the surface with a new diapering mat. The Child Care Facility Handbook states - 3.10.2 Diapering Requirements E. When children in diapers are in care, there must be a diaper changing area with an impermeable surface that is cleaned and sanitized or disinfected after each use.
