Staff did not record complete and accurate attendance records to included childs first and last name time in and out and date. [for 5 children present in the current room. ]. Comments: 5 children were marked out to a different room. Those same 5 children were back into the original classroom they started in, but not marked back in. There were also no times listed for departure of the room, and times for the arrival back into room. Please submit a plan detailing that each child will be accurately marked in and out of rooms, and that the time of the room changes are also listed.
