Child care personnel failed to verify attendance accuracy at transitions. [The SA group of children were not transitioned back into the classroom from outside]. Comments: The school age children went outside in the morning and transitions were not documented upon coming back into the classroom. Owner Felicia Harris submitted a corrective action statement at time of inspection which states "teachers will make sure to count each child before they leave out of the classroom and document the transition. Once children are lined up, the teacher must count each child as they enter the building and once inside and then document the transition on the attendance log." Administrative action will be taken. Comments: There is a long piece of wood with hooks for the children's backpacks in the 4's classroom. The piece of wood has peeling paint across the length of the wood.
