Comments: The center closing logs will have the dates preprinted on them going forward so it will be more visual for the closer to see the dates. The childrens centers storage of harmful items including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic and hazardous materials allowed access by children in care. Comments: There was a bottle of hand sanitizer in a VPK drawer that had a label stating "keep out of reach of children." It was removed at time of inspection.
