Children did not receive adequate assistance with toileting or bathing as required by their age or need. Comments: Licensing Specialist confirmed that a child was put in a diaper that was 2 sizes too small, however the center does know which staff member diapered the child. The director submitted a corrective action statement which states "Moving forward with the diapering issue of the wrong diaper, I have spoken to all teachers and have informed them that they need to take the time when changing diapers to make sure they are putting the correct diapers on the children. I will make sure any diapering rooms have labels on all bins for children's diapers to differentiate between children." This brings that area into compliance. 02. Infants Separate: II.A.
