    Child care personnel failed to verify attendance accuracy at transitions. [Transition was not documented at time of fire drill. ]. Comments: Staff corrected at time of visit. Technical assistance was given to ensure that the group leaders attendance is accurate. Staff did name to face at time of fire drill and his attendance he had 18 children in care and 17 was marked in. Since, there was one group at time of fire drill and the site coordinator had the master attendance with her licensing specialist observed her attendance and it was correct.
