Comments: The licensing specialist visited the center on the day the incident occurred, and the director stated that the video footage doesn't save. During a second visit to the center, the assistant director stated that the video footage saves for 24 hours. Please submit an action plan describing what will be done to ensure video footage is saved and made available for viewing.
