    The childrens centers storage of harmful items including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic and hazardous materials allowed access by children in care. Comments: On one of the teachers desks inside the classroom, there was a bottle of liquid white out which had a label stating keep out of reach of children. The bottle was in a container which sat on the desk. The bottle of white out was removed at time of inspection. In the corner of the desk, furthest away from access of children were 2 pairs of adult scissors. They were also removed at time of inspection.
