During the licensure year fire drills utilizing the approved alarm system were not conducted monthly at various dates and times when children were in care. Comments: The Center substituted a tornado drill for a fire drill in March, thinking that it eliminated the need for a fire drill during that month. Provider was given technical assistance that a fire drill is required every month. A fire drill was observed with 9 adults and 75 children participating.
