Comments: In the 3 year old classroom ( teacher M.J.) did not document complete transitions. The director submitted a corrective action statement at time of inspection which states "I will once again go over the importance of logging the transitions and how to correctly do them. I will emphasize that it needs to be done whenever you go from one place to another. I will also make sure that new staff understand the importance and the logistics of how to do the procedure correctly. They were both removed during the inspection. The director will speak to the art teacher so that she understands that all sharp objects must be kept out of reach of children.
