CCF Handbook, Section 2.8, B (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) General Requirements [SR] Comments: At time of complaint, Licensing Specialist reviewed camera footage that showed the child rolling around on her cot, rolling off the cot, kicking her legs, sitting up and holding onto the teachers desk next to her cot, and going under the cot covering due to the teacher removing her blanket. Childcare personnel listed on the supplemental can be seen on the video footage grabbing the child by her leg several times to place her back onto the cot. Childcare personnel can be seen on the video footage grabbing the child by her arm and lifting her off of the cot to remove her from the classroom. Childcare personnel maintained this hold on the child until they exit the classroom. Per law enforcement, I observed the teacher reach over several times and grab the child by the leg to roll her back onto the cot and Child was being redirected on multiple occasions by Childcare Personnel to remain in her cot for nap time. Childcare Personnel was seen on the video grabbing Child on her leg to keep her from getting off the cot.
