The facility's menu was not [ did not have substitutions noted]. CCF Handbook, Section 3.9.3, H Food and Nutrition [SR] Comments: It was observed that the children were eating cinnamon toast crunch cereal with milk and mix fruit. However, the menu shows milk, apples or apple sauce, and WG Cheerios. The Provider made note of the substitutions on the menu during the inspection.
