Technical assistance provided that each toilet and sink must be maintained in good operating condition, cleaned and sanitized or disinfected as needed, but at least once per day. Sinks utilized for teeth brushing activities/procedures by the children must be sanitized prior to the activity occurring. This will need to be completed by due date. The attendance roster did not accompany the group of children in that [classroom roster did not have accurate attendance].CCF Handbook, Section 7.5, A (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Record Keeping [SR] Comments: Licensing specialist reviewed a classroom roster where the children transferred to a different classroom were not marked that they were no longer in that classroom, nor were children added to the new classroom they were assigned. Technical assistance reviewed that attendance devices used for the purposes of tracking attendance may be used, but personnel must ensure the accuracy of the documented attendance. Each classroom must have an attendance sheet/class roster for the group of children occupying that space. Attendance sheet/class roster must accompany the child care personnel and the group of children throughout the day should they leave the classroom. Classroom rosters were corrected at time of inspection. Provider stated she will have a meeting with staff to ensure they are documenting accurate attendance.
