    Supervision of children in the [3-year-old] group was inadequate in that [They were left unsupervised.]. CCF Handbook, Section 2.4 General Requirements [SR] Comments: Director reviewed surveillance video which shows a staff member leaving the three-year-old classroom, three children were left unattended for a period of 8 minutes. Staff member signed and reviewed the Childcare facility Rules and Regulations for supervision. Staff was terminated on 2/27/2026. Per the Child Care Facility Handbook Section 2.4 Supervision, B: Childcare personnel must be assigned to provide direct supervision to a specific group of children and be with that group of children at all times. Children must never be left without childcare personnel supervision inside or outside the facility, in a vehicle, or at a field trip location. 05.
