Corrective action needed. Technical assistance was given regarding maintaining 6 inches in depth of fall zone. Director stated she informed corporate that more fall zone is needed, and it has not yet been completed. Corrective action needed. Technical assistance was given regarding maintaining 6 inches in depth of fall zone. Provider stated during inclement weather the fall zone washes away. Licensing Specialist suggested placing an encasement around structure to prevent fall zone from washing away. Per CCF Handbook, Section 3.12, D.1.
