Protective surface was not evenly distributed, leaving exposed ground in several areas. Corrected prior to uploading. Technical assistance was given regarding the maintenance of protective surfacing material. Provider was kindly reminded to check and redistribute the protective surfacing material after each use, to ensure high traffic areas under swings and slide maintain the required 6 inch in depth for proper fall protection.
