Staff were advised that thermometers should be placed inside the refrigerator rather than in the door, as the door is subject to temperature fluctuations. Using my calibrated thermometer, the internal refrigerator temperature was measured at 48F. Corrected at time of inspection the thermometer was placed in the back of the refrigerator.
