The vehicle alarm installed was not in working condition. CCF Handbook, Section 2.5.4 General Requirements [SR] Comments: 2.5.4 Vehicle Requirements A. All vehicles regularly used to transport children must be inspected annually by a mechanic to ensure that they are in proper working order. Documentation by the mechanic must be maintained in the vehicle. The van alarm did not proper sound. The facility has two vans and only one van had an alarm that worked properly.
