The facility did not have documentation to show child care personnel had begun the introductory training within 90 days of employment in the child care industry. CCF Handbook, Section 4.1 (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Comments: One staff member had not initiated the introductory training within 90 days of employment. See supplemental. Corrected prior to uploading. Technical assistance was provided regarding introductory trainings and time frames. At the time of inspection, Provider stated she would have personnel initiate introductory trainings. Prior to uploading, Licensing Specialist reviewed personnel training record which showed introductory training was initiated on 01/13/25.
