   Child care personnel inappropriately interacted with children in care in a manner that was aggressive, demeaning or intimidating in nature. CCF Handbook, Section 8.2, C Comments: The teacher notices that the child is climbing up a bookshelf and the teacher stands up, goes over to the child (her back is to the camera) and as she leans down to the child's left side, the child falls to the floor in a fetal position holding his left ear. The child stands up as the teacher turns her back to him to walk away and the child runs to the mentor coach. The child appeared to be crying in the video. Additionally, they will provide support to teachers and staff through mentor assistance and program aids until more teachers can be hired.
