Supervision of children in the [one/two year old] group was inadequate in that [a one year old opended the classroom door and walked outside. ]. CCF Handbook, Section 2.4 Comments: The door to the one/two-year-old classroom was not shut completely, a one-year-old pushed the door open and walked outside. The child was unsupervised for 3 minutes. Resolved at time of inspection: The provider had the two teachers in the classroom complete a supervision training. The provider put signs on all doors reminded teachers to make sure they are shut also; a maintenance order was put in to check the doors. 05.
