After the children had been signed out of the facility, but still in the parking lot the child's mom was informed of the incident by the child's sibling. Per Owner, she talked to the staff and Teacher 1, 2, and 3 stated they had no knowledge of the child being injuring. The Owner completed an incident report after the parent left the facility.
