Update the parent right to know log to include two children.

22P — Children's Files

Complete files are needed for the following children: Child #3 needs the parent permission for screen time and the parent right to know. Child #4, 5 and 6 needs a health appraisal with Immunization and blood lead test results. Child #7 and 8 needs two complete files.

Purchase two thermometers for the refrigerator and the freezer

Purchase disposable gloves, an eye patch, splint, tweezer and thermometer for the first aid kit.
