Ensure fire drills are preformed and documented monthly. One was performed with specialist present, so send a picture of December's to OCCL.

30Q — Fire Safety

Ensure fire extinguishers are inspected annually. Send a picture of the tags.

22Q — Children's Files

Ensure child files are complete. Full file needed for Child #19. Health appraisal with immunizations for Child #1, 3, 4, and 9. Health appraisal for Child #5. Immunizations and blood lead screening for Child #2 and 13, or exemptions. Blood lead screening for Child #12. Health appraisal with immunizations and blood lead screeninag for Child #18.

21Q — Parents Right to Know Act

Ensure Parents Right to Know is complete for all new tours. Send a picture

70Q — Training

Staff #1 needs 3 hours of training, Staff #3 needs 6 hours of training (which can include first aid/CPR)

69Q — Personnel Files

Ensure staff files are complete. Staff #2 needs 7-hour OCCL Health and Safety training and first aid/CPR. Staff #3 needs first aid/CPR.

46Q — Transportation

Ensure first aid kit in van is complete. Send pictures of gloves, eye patch, pen/notepad, plastic bag, roll gauze, safety pins, scissors, thermometer, triangle bandage/sling.

44Q — First Aid Kit

Ensure first aid kit on-site has roll gauze. Send a picture.

31Q — Kitchen and Food Preparation

Ensure kitchen refrigerator has a thermometer. Send a picture to OCCL.

22Q — Children's Files

Ensure child files are complete. Health appraisal needed for Child #4, 8, 9, and 11. Immunizations needed for Child #4, 8, 9, and 15. Blood lead screening needed for Child #1, 5, 7, 11, 13, and 14. Emergency medical permission needed for Child #6.
