24U — Staff Qualifications

Ensure there is sufficient staffing to prepare meals, facilitate nap time, and transitions. Upon arrival, there were 2 teachers and 12 children. 3 toddlers with 1 teacher, and 9 preschoolers with the Administrator. There was no one to answer the door or answer phone calls. Send in a staffing plan that shows the days/times for all staff, identify who makes meals and what time, who is covering for nap, who is assigned to each classroom, etc. to OCCL.
