Ensure child files are complete. A complete file is needed for Child #6

Update the parent right to know log with newly enrolled children.

Complete files are needed for the following children. Child #3 needs blood lead test result Child #4 needs a health appraisal, Child #6 needs a health appraisal and Child #7 needs a health apprasial with imuinization and blood lead test result.

57P — Capacity

Ensure to maintain capacity at all times. During the visit, seven preschool children and younger were observed in care.

32P — Outdoor Area

Ensure children in care play in the assigned outdoor play area. upon entering the child care drive way, children were observed playing in the front yard that lead to a major street. This was corrected when the provider agreed to have the children play in the back yard.(6-5-2025)

27P — Hazardous Materials

Update the radon test for the child care spaces.
