Compliance (Annual) The following deficiencies were observed at the time of the Compliance Inspection conducted on 6/8/2026 and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. The Compliance Officer provided a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights and the Small Business Bill of Rights to the Facility representative at the time of the inspection. The Emergency Disaster Contact form was completed at the time of the inspection. BCCL staff emailed the Empower Self-Evaluation Assessment link to the Provider. Please submit the Plan of Corrections via the LMS portal within 10 days. 2 of 2 Fingerprint Clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website during the time of the inspection. The following was discussed but not limited to: - Sign in/out for all enrolled children and staff to be accessible at time of inspections. - Labeled Menu/Snack Menu - Enrolled children's personal products to be labeled with full name. - Diaper Changing area to have paper towels in paper towel dispenser. - Staff files will contain all required documents. - Soiled clothes bin with a tightly covered lid and lined with a plastic bag. - Statement of services to include method of verifying that the parent is calling.
