Compliance (Annual) The following deficiencies were observed at the time of the Compliance Inspection conducted on 4/8/2026 and are subject to change pending programmatic review. The Compliance Officer provided a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights and the Small Business Bill of Rights to the Facility representative at the time of the inspection. BCCL staff emailed the Empower Self-Evaluation Assessment link to the Provider. Please submit the Plan of Corrections via the LMS portal within 10 days. 3 of 3 Fingerprint Clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website during the time of the inspection. The following was discussed but not limited to: -Documentation of enrolled children in an activity area. -Mounted toilet paper. -Stock medications. -Torn nap mats. -Fire extinguisher tags. -Infants sleeping outside. -Up to date class schedules. -Paper towel dispensers need to be available in diaper changing areas.
