Compliance (Annual) The following deficiencies were observed at the time of the Compliance Inspection conducted on 2/5/2026 and are subject to change pending programmatic review. The Compliance Officer provided a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights and the Small Business Bill of Rights to the Facility Director at the time of the inspection. Please submit the Plan of Corrections via the LMS portal within 10 days. 3 of 3 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website during the time of the inspection. The following was discussed but not limited to: - Update the date on Emergency Plan sheet. - Tighten screws on wobbling stair rails. - Place kitchen items in a sealed plastic container when storing them in a restroom. - Add that no field trips are taken to the Statement of Services.
