Compliance (Annual) The following deficiencies were observed at the Compliance Inspection conducted on 9/30/2025, and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. Please submit the Plan of Corrections via the LMS portal within 10 days of receipt of the Statement of Deficiencies. A copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights was provided at the time of the inspection. 7 of 7 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website during the time of the inspection. The following items were discussed, but not limited to: 1. Post copies of all infant feeding instructions in both infant classrooms. 2.Ensure menu substitutions are updated on all posted menus. 3. Ensure staff, including the director, are signing in and out daily at the time of arrival and departure. 4. Ensure 911 is added to the facility's emergency medical procedures in the Parent Handbook.
