Compliance (Annual) The following deficiencies were observed at the time of the annual compliance inspection conducted on 01-12-2026 and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. 2 of 2 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid via the DPS website at the time of the inspection. Please submit the Plan of Corrections via the LMS portal within 10 days of receipt of the Statement of Deficiencies. The Compliance Officer provided the facility with a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights at the start of the inspection. The following was discussed, but not limited to: 1. Sending the Department an updated/current school calendar. 2. Maintenance of facility documentation on site for 12 months. 3. Staff annual training hour requirements. 4. The Notice Of Inspection Rights were provided to the licensee at the time of the inspection. 8 of 8 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website during the time of the inspection.
