Compliance (Annual) The following deficiencies were observed at the time of the Compliance Inspection conducted on 4/10/2026 and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. The plan of correction will not be accepted at this time. The Compliance Officer provided a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights to the provider at the time of inspection. BCCL staff emailed the Empower Self-Evaluation Assessment link to the Provider. The Emergency Disaster Contact Form was left with the provider on-site. The fingerprint clearance cards for 4 of 4 staff members were verified to be valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection. The following was discussed but not limited to: 1). Ensuring that Rosters are accurate in all facility areas. 2). Ensuring the Emergency, Information, and Immunization cards are updated with the parents/guardians' email address. 3). Ensuring that staff have 24 hours of annual training. 4). Ensuring that parents/guardians sign in and out their child with their signature or a unique identifier.
