   Compliance (Annual) The following deficiency was found at the time of the Compliance Inspection conducted on 10/25/2024, and is subject to changes pending programmatic review. Name of Compliance Officer: Jennifer Flicker The Written Documentation is required to be submitted through the Licensing Portal within 10 days of the receipt of the Statement of Deficiencies. The following was discussed, but not limited to: 1) Submitting the current fire inspection when obtained later this month; 2) Items stored in a bathroom are required to be stored inaccessible to children and in either a closed cabinet or on a shelf in waterproof containers covered with a lid; and 3) The date of hire, versus the starting date of employment, as it relates to staff’s obtaining a valid fingerprint clearance card, completion of a TB test, timeframes for the completion of the required new staff training and annual training hours timeframes. There were 4 staff files reviewed. 4 of the 4 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website. The Empower Assessment was completed at the time of the inspection.
