Compliance (Annual) The following deficiencies were observed during the Annual Compliance Inspection conducted on 03/19/2026 and are subject to change pending programmatic review. A full inspection was conducted. A paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights was provided at the time of the inspection. Please submit the Plan of Corrections via the LMS portal within 10 days of receipt of the Statement of Deficiencies. The Emergency Disaster Contact form was completed at the time of the inspection. BCCL staff emailed the Empower Self-Evaluation link to the Provider. The DES Contact form was completed at the time of the inspection. The fingerprint clearance cards for 4 of 4 staff members were verified to be valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection. During the exit interview, the following items were discussed, but not limited to: *Update staff file to reflect the date of the new license. *Training for staff member requirements updated: 10-day orientation and annual. *Playground maintenance *Storage of air freshening sprays *Maintenance of Toddler room lights *Ensure sign-in/sign-out forms are completed and checked regularly. *Supervision of children using the bathrooms and administration while in the office. *Diapering requirements.
