Compliance (Annual) The following deficiencies were observed at the time of the annual compliance inspection conducted on 1/22/2025, and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. Compliance Officer is Bianka Hains Compliance Officer Supervisor is Peggy Kraus Two fingerprint clearance cards were verified as valid through the DPS website. The Plan of Corrections is due within 10 days of receipt of this Statement of Deficiencies. The following was discussed, but not limited to: *Diaper changing sinks must be next to the diapering surface; *Lesson plans and schedules must be posted in each activity area; *Children's allergy/modified diet postings must not be accessible to the general public; *Emergency plans must be dated for the current 12 months; *Refrigerators must be maintained at 41°F or below; *The Infant Playground must be maintained in a clean condition and free from hazards; *Staff medications must be locked and stored separately from children's medications.
