A full inspection was conducted at this time. Two of two fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website during the inspection. Inspection Item Expiration Dates: Insurance: 07/01/25 Fire: 12/19/24 (State Fire Marshal) Gas: 07/19/25 Kitchen: 01/31/26 Items discussed, but not limited to: -Updated DES/DCS Background Check process -Minimum first initial/full last name at si/so -Time frames for maintaining documents (Menus, si/so, etc.) -Licenses are valid for one year The Plan of Correction was not accepted at the time of the inspection. Please complete the Plan of Correction via the online Portal within 10 days of receipt of this Statement of Deficiencies.
