There was a caregiver providing care to children without a background check. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver left the operation.

An incident was not reported to Childcare Regulation during the required timeframe.

Based on the evidence obtained, there is sufficient evidence of medication not being stored properly and out of reach of children.

During a DFPS investigation there was sufficient evidence to support children were neglected.

746.2803(3) - Discipline - Teaches Acceptable Behavior and Self-control

During a DFPS investigation, it was found that caregivers are teaching children to hit each other in retaliation.

During a DFPS investigation it was found a caregiver failed to properly supervise children in care which resulted in two children engaging in inappropriate activities with each other in the restroom.

There was one caregiver with a pending background check providing care to children. This was corrected at inspection once the caregiver was removed from the classroom.

A classroom was observed with 15 children to one caregiver, requires 2 caregivers in the room at all times. This was corrected at inspection once the second caregiver returned to the classroom.
