A disinfecting solution was in an unlock bottom cabinet accessible to children. This was corrected when the teacher put it in the bathroom up high on a shelf.

A few of the medication forms were not consistent with the full name of the staff administering the medication. This was corrected when a staff had to administer medication and wrote full name.
