Based on the investigation findings, this standard was reviewed and found to be in non-compliance with The Minimum Standards for Child-Care Centers. The caregiver did not set appropriate behavior expectations based on the child?s stage of development when they placed the child in the classroom bathroom during naptime as a consequence for not being quiet.
